Schools, charities and corporate:
Schools, charities and corporate customers who provide an official Purchase Order form will be invoiced for payment by BACS bank transfer or by cheque within 14 days of order being despatched.

Non commercial, groups, teams and individuals:
Non comercial, groups, teams and individual customers will be sent a pro-forma invoice for payment by BACS or cheque or by request card payment via PayPal.

Delivery shipping is FREE on all mainland UK orders of 150 or more calendars. These are sent by Next Day Courier services. Please make ensure there will be someone available at the address provided to receive the order. Couriers will not deliver otherwise.
Orders between 50 and 149 cost £16.50 (+vat = £19.80) using the same delivery method. Order from 1 – 49 will be despatched by the most suitable method and cost between £4.50 (+ vat – £5.40) and £15 (+ vat = £18) depending on the exact quantity, size of calendar and choice of paper and single or double side printing. Just tell us your requirement and we will send you a quote straight back. Please contact us for a quote for Highlands, Islands, NI and abroad.

Our school / PTA; charity, group & association fundraising customers find that on average families and members buy between 1-3 calendars each. For complete risk free ordering use a proof copy to obtain firm orders up front.
Corporate and private customers usually have a good idea on quantities they need to promote their company or to use as gifts for family and friends.
Remember, the unit cost of your calendars reduces substantially with increasing quantity. We make various cost savings when printing higher numbers, and we pass those savings on to you.

Studio time is costly and so where ever possible provide artwork that is well stuck down and free from any unwanted marks. If you are unhappy with your artwork then do get in touch and we will give you an estimate for any post processing required.

You may include month names as part of your artwork layout design. Otherwise we will automatically include them, usually outside of the artwork area. Grand Deluxe and London Elegance already have month names included as part of their design and so visually, are probably best to not to have month names duplicated.

If you’re ordering more than ten but less than fifty calendars or you’re unsure if your quantity will reach our minimum, then you may request a printed proof. The cost is £25 + vat (£30) which is fully deducted from your final invoice total should you proceed to order 50 or more.

Customer will smaller orders consider this to be a good investment in obtaining firm orders. You may be asking – why the proof seems expensive? This is just a token payment toward part of the cost of studio setup, print, production and postage. After all you wouldn’t expect us to go through all that time, cost & effort for nothing, would you?

After a proof has been accepted we aim to produce and send off your calendars as fast as we possibly can. (Typically 7 days and a wee bit more in the height of the season).

Digital Artwork & Photo Images:

The majority of our artwork and photos are sent as digital files. Either as attachments to emails or in the case of larger files via a service such as WeTRANSFER or Dropbox. (Check out the required specifications in our HINTS & TIPS booklet.)

Yes, this is a great way for all fundraisers to make extra money. WeMakeCalendars provide an option for sponsor’s adverts to be added completely FREE and so you make 100% profit! How much to charge is a question we are often asked and the answer varies depending on area, local support and initial cost of each calendar. Twelve adverts at £25 each will bring in an extra £300 and charging £40 each will yield £480 extra! Alternatively, in the space provided, you may wish to have a short message, your company or association logo or just space for the recipient to write their notes – your choice. See our Hints and Tips on how to set up and send your sponsor’s adverts.

Yes, you can have up to thirty personalised dates added to your calendar completely FREE. This tends to encompass most year events for the majority of organisations. See Hint and Tips on how to supply these. Any additional dates required are charged at 50p inc vat each. If your preparing a Birthday version calendar, names on Birthday dates can be added at the following rates. 50+ birth date names @ 45p each inc vat; 100+ birth date names @ 40p each inc vat; 200+ birth date names @ 35p each inc vat.

Most notable UK dates and bank holidays are included. On request we can adapt the majority of our calendar range into Welsh language versions and specific dates for Scotland and Northern Ireland and Eire. We have also produced calendars to accommodate the notable dates for the Jewish community and we also supply versions to international schools based abroad. If you have a specific need concerning dates just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

For month pages we use either a 140gsm plain matt eco friendly paper with a good thickness or a 170gsm smooth silk coated sheet – they are both the same cost and all wall calendars include 250gsm silk coated covers.
Black line art versions are printed on 120gsm plain matt for both inside months and covers.
In an effort to save paper and trees!…as standard we print double sided. There is an option on all wall calendars to print single sided at 10% extra per calendar.
